Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Who we are

FormFillPDF is a trading name of John Gleave, a sole trader in the United Kingdom.

2. Download day passes

A download day pass is digital content and related digital access. It allows unlimited additional downloads on the same day and on the same browser after payment is confirmed.

Before starting payment or downloading, you will be asked to confirm: "I want immediate access to the digital download."

If you do not want immediate access on that basis, you should not tick the confirmation box or complete the payment.

3. When refunds may be available

We will consider refund requests fairly where:

• you were charged more than once by mistake;
• payment was taken but the download day pass was not activated;
• a technical fault prevented you from generating or downloading the completed PDF after payment;
• the wrong amount was charged;
• the law gives you refund rights that cannot be excluded.

4. When refunds may be refused

We may refuse a refund where the completed PDF was successfully generated or downloaded and the issue arises from:

• your answers, wording, spelling, layout choices or signature;
• the contents, quality or structure of the original PDF;
• a receiving organisation rejecting or querying the document;
• you deciding not to use the document after downloading it;
• you clearing browser data, changing browser, changing device, or otherwise losing local access after the day pass was supplied;
• use of the tool in a way that breaches our Terms and Conditions.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriber access renews monthly unless cancelled. You can request cancellation from the account popup when signed in.

Unless Stripe or the law requires otherwise, cancellation usually stops the next renewal and subscriber access continues until the end of the current paid period.

If you believe a subscription charge was taken incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible with the payment email address and approximate payment time.

6. AI credit top-ups

AI credit top-ups are digital credits added to a signed-in account. Refunds may be refused once credits have been supplied or used, unless there has been a payment error, technical fault, duplicate charge, or the law requires a refund.

7. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email info@formfillpdf.com with the payment email address, approximate payment date and time, payment type, and a short description of the problem.

Please do not send complete sensitive forms unless we specifically ask for limited information needed to investigate the issue.

8. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights for faulty digital content, duplicate charges, payment errors, or other mandatory consumer rights.
